Diced, browned until tender in coconut oil and seasoned with;
Cajun or creole seasoning
Garlic...or more garlic
Green onions
Mix with browned ground beef or sausage or combo
Top with over easy egg.
If desired, add bacon and or cheese.
Defuckinglicious.
