Guns n Roses reunion

It needs to happen. It's been rumored several times but those guys need to set ego's aside and just do the one performance.

Eagles would be great. Guns & Roses would be a good one show despite my contempt for Axl (That's AXL not Alex everybody) :)

I'd like t' see 'em go old school one day & just have a marching band & cheer leaders.

Or how 'bout Lonely Island? They probably wouldn't be able to perform "I'm on a Boat" or "Dick in a box."

Ya, that fuckin' Don Henley wouldn't do it. The article I read said they were offered two mil for the show. They got Springsteen instead so it wasn't a total loss though.

Henley is weird like that...I'm not sure what he had against several hundred million people hearing their music...Crazy Bastard!

You ever see them live?

Gwar, Lyle Lovett, or some strippers. Any of the three would be fine with me :p

The are on tour now as well with David Lee Roth fronting again. Van Halen again, not Van Hagar.

Yep!...I read a review of the new album and it was mostly positive - If I go to see them it will be my 5th time...

I meant the Eagles, but either will work...

I have seen the Eagles six times throughout the years. I first saw them in 1975 at a Day on The Green in the Oakland Colliseum and I've been hooked ever since. I love their music so much that it very discouraging to see what a bunch of a holes they are; especially Frey and Henley. I saw their millenium concert at the Staples Center on New Year's eve 1999.

I saw them once in Tucson AZ in the late seventies and they were very, very good.

The best Van Halen show I ever saw was at the Califfornia World Music Festival at LA Memorial...They weren’t even headlining - Aerosmith was. Crazy good show!

Ha ha!...I saw them for the first time at Day on the Green, Hotel California tour, in '77 and then saw them on the Long Run tour at Oakland Arena with Roy Orbison opening...

Hotel Califormia Day on The Green was the second time I saw them. But that first show was amazing. That was when Elton John was really hot and they brought him out for one of their encores and they did the Chuck Berry tune "Carol". I'll never forget it. They absolutley rocked.

I would have loved to see that Aerosmith/Van Halen concert you talked about. Aerosmith is a band that just keeps re-inventing themselves.

Yeah, the Califfornia World Music Festival was incredible. I've seen Aerosmith 4 times; twice Tyler was too drunk to stand and twice the shows were amazing!...Did you go to DOG's a lot?
