I have been all over this computer and never thought to check Windows Accessories.

Notepad is under "Accessories" too. Since I use Paint so often, I have it "pinned."

I have to use both quite often at work because i have to take PDF files and make changes to them. Then put them in a Powerpoint.

So yes I just pinned Paint and SnipIT.
