Just got home. Let me eat and I'll make my pick.
Look on your keyboard for the "print screen" button (sometimes it's abbreviated and says "PrtScr" or "PrntScrn"). Usually above the insert & delete buttons. Every time you use that button windows will capture the image of your screen and stores it in windows clipboard, which is a part of your pc's RAM. It's there until you copy another item and then that picture will be overwritten by new data. So after you pressed PrtScr, just open up a graphical program such as MS Paint or Adobe Photoshop or CorelDraw, then simply press Ctrl + V or paste that image into an empty graphical file and save it with any given name and any given Extension you like.
You can direct attach the file using the "Upload a File" button next to the "Post Reply" button below the reply textbox. Or you can use an image hosting website that will give you a URL link for your photo. In that case you would use the image button to post it.
Make sense?

How do I bring a spreadsheet on here, so y'all don't have to do it along with Suicide 1?
SP nailed it.
I do a screen shot of the excel file, paste it in Paint, crop it, then post it to my Facebook account (for my eyes only). Then I copy the link for the SportsHoopla forum.
I just use snipping tool at work and paste the link from photo bucket or whatever its called
