When I drove from California to Georgia, I was averaging 90 on the interstate.
My welcome to Georgia moment was a speeding ticket on I-85 in Coweta County.
My neighbor (a cop) laughed and said, "you don't speed on the interstate in Coweta County"
Later I was informed I could not "buy my way out" of a ticket in Coweta County.
I was outaged!
When I got my GA license, they cancelled my NC license without reporting the ticket to GA!

When I was in Forsyth County (other side of Atlanta from you) I had my Chevy buried, like wrapped back around to 15 or 20. When I saw the trooper in the middle of GA 400 he looked up and back down.
As somebody passed me.
Of course this was '99.

Also need to add Jimmy Graham to that list of non blocking TEs.
I think as some have mentioned as a true TE you should at least be a decent blocker. Further depending on what you are officially listed as, is what you are. TEs get paid compared to other TEs not to what WRs get paid.

I don't think he's forgotten as much as he barely applies to this conversation. He was a prototypical TE who happened to be better than everyone else. Where he does belong in the conversation is this: he helped start the evolution of the position. With Francis it was clear the position could accomplish more than bruise for a few yards.

This article is funny. It seemed clear that while toes were inbounds his heels were out of bounds and unless I'm wrong, the whole foot is accounted for when determining if a foot is in or out. This does bring up a different question: Why is it that if he had been turned the other way and the tops of his foot were out of bounds it would have been complete?
