It's here because the Bills are acting like a desperate girl looking for a prom date.

A 6 yr/$120M contract for a 31 year old DE with a guarantee of $53M for the first three years and $32M guaranteed is just plain stupid.
It's all in reaction to the Chargers, Broncos and Raiders making the moves that they have.

As of 7:00 am yesterday morning, the Bills had $5.7M in cap space. Miller alone will have a contract cap cost of no less than $17.6M. The Bills are going to have to trim some players just to fit him in.
