Tim's an enigma. I'd like to see him accept the fact that his fastball gets him trouble, and simply stay away from using it in the zone. He needs to learn to pitch to contact with his off-speed stuff. If he does that he could be a pretty good pitcher. However, he could also regain some fastball command, and become the timmy of old rather quickly. But, then again, he could remain stubborn and continue to pitch as he has so far, i.e. awful. So...I have no prediction on what Timmy will do against the dodgers.
