Are Rams fans happy about this trade ? Seriously... It’s not that Goff was great, and he’s definitely overpaid, but giving up that many draft picks for Stafford ?

I don't like the spent 1st round picks to get another pocket passer that has never won a playoff game but lets face it Goff was turnover prone and reminded me of Jim Everett after his left guard retired. Kind of blind to the rush and slow to release the pass.

They traded Goff, 2 future 1st rounders and a 3rd pick.

Stafford has a good 4-5 years left.

Goff had some really good games for the Rams. He went to the SB and kept the team above 500. If you can remember the Fisher years it helps to appreciate Goff all the more.

I agree, Goff doesn’t suck, but he’s far from elite, has his good moments then some pretty bad moments, and he’s definitely overpaid .... I’m just shocked the Rams gave up so much in draft stock for Stafford... It sure seems like they coulda negotiated a better deal ..

Of course, Stafford is 4th all time in comeback wins, he won't need comebacks as often and will actually have help.

Panthers were offering the 8th pick in the draft and another pick, others were giving a first too. So the Rams made a great deal while upgrading at the most important position.

I’ve never really been impressed with Stafford, in the clutch he hasn’t stepped up much .. Although under the Rams offensive scheme he could benefit .... Time will tell ...
