^Let's just keep this thing a "home-n-home" thang and I would be ok with that..

Blues need their D men time to recover.

Only a gut feeling on the Hawks winning, but like the Blues, the Wings could use some more games to get Zetterberg back on the ice and would win out if every home team wins going forward.

Congrats on the Wings last game, good stuff too.

Bluez goaltending needs to be a little better this game, don't think the Hawks will win in any less than 7 here.

Miller was fantastic after the 1st, musta been early nerves.:noidea:

Man those Blues jerseys are sweet in my opinion! Probably my favorite in the NHL.

Damn, if you're going to get the penalty anyway, why not go ahead and thump somebody instead of just jersey grabbing?

Bit of a broken play goal but the Blues will take it. I am surprised they have come out so well in the first game and again here after the skid they ended the season on.

I severely dislike the Blackhawks, so keep it going St. Louis!

Every time Jackman gets a penalty, this gif comes to mind:

The Blackhawks were getting a penalty but the play continues until they touch the puck. So the goalie is not needed if the whistle is going to blow the next time the other team touches the puck. So they take the goalie out and put on an extra attacker. The only way it can backfire is if they pass it back to the point and the d-man misses it and it goes down the ice and into the empty net. That's extremely rare though. In the entire NHL that might happen once every 5 years so the risk of that is extremely low.
