I think the reason that I had Virginia Tech lower is because when they did lose, their losses were complete eggs. Getting blown out on a neutral site by a Tennessee team that isn't too good(though Virginia Tech fumbles hurt them) and then losing to Syracuse
Syracuse is inexcusable.
