Really if someone resisting arrest how is an officer supposed to know that they are not in danger of being hurt or Killed by the person they are arresting they have every right to use whatever force necessary to facilitate the arrest. The person resisting has already broken the law by resisting.

Again its really simple do what the police tell you and fight whatever injustice you think you may have been subjected to in COURT with an attorney or better yet stay the hell out of trouble

And Kaep is doing something for what he believes in. You don't have to go join the military or shoot people to do something. He is talking, he is acting and he is getting other people to act with him. He started something that others seem to be following. People are donating money, looking at the problem, discussing it. I don't know how you can say nothing is happening.

I don't recall saying that nothing is happening. I'm simply stating that his action gives the appearance that he is behaving like a spoiled child, as he is not specifically DOING anything but sitting. I compared him to Pat Tillman not because he joined the military, but because he gave up all the financial benefits and potential stardom to fight for what he believed in. In his case, it happened to be literally. Yes, the 49ers donated money to causes, but what is Colin DOING, aside from sitting? That is where I have the disconnect with his methods.

Except there are cops out there looking for a reason to kill people, usually racist cops. I'm not saying cops are always wrong or even mostly wrong, but when it's life and death, you don't get the benefit of the doubt when you are wrong. You can't just take someones life and say oops, my bad guys. Sure a lot of this could be prevented if people just listened to cops and are respectful, but being disrespectful and even running doesn't make it ok to be shot.

And how do you know this? I don't know of any case where a cop has stated he just wanted to kill someone. Can I sit here and say it's not like true? No. But you can't sit there and say it as fact it is either. Under qualified cops in a violent doesn't mean it's racism. Just the other day a loss prevention officer was eye balling a coupleasure of black teens, the officer was black, I'd he a racist, or an uncle tom?
