Song Of The Day Thread

Intent: I will post a song of the day from varying genres people comment of the song, like, dislike, great song, great lyrics, love the guitar intro etc. There will be one song per day Monday thru Friday. I would like to avoid multiple posters posting songs each day, however if you would like to post a song and know you can then PM and I will forego my post on that day.

Hopefully we can introduce people to different types of music and songs they may not have been familiar with.

They were really a fantasic band, they worked so well together great lyrics, great harmonies. Thanks for the reply, I was starting to think this idea falied before I got off the ground.

1968 was really the transitional year for rock'n'roll. Most people say it was 1967 when Sgt. Pepper's came out but I think otherwise. Just my two cents.

I too am an olf Fuddy Duddy but I have to try and work different stuff in. Can't wait to put some Coltrane on there see what type of reaction I get from that, but all things in time.
