I could see DQ interested in several positions around the league. That job isn’t one of them. Stuck in rebuild mode with a QB no one is sure about and a nut for an owner.

He's averaging over 150 yards from scrimmage against us the last 3 games. Definitely a worry

Just saw the Panthers and Commanders requested permission to talk to McClay about their GM openings

I think the only way Jerry steps down as GM and hands the title to McClay is if we win a SB and he can claim responsibility. But, he can pay McClay whatever he wants to stay, so who knows and teams may be using McClay as a Rooney rule guy and if he leaves we will get a draft pick for him. On Quinn, I'm sure he is going to be offered a job but I thought he was offered at least one HC job and turned it down. He sure seems to like coaching in Dallas.
