But isn't that the defense that Seahawks fans use? That Denver can't run? And Bronco fans counter with, "Well with Manning at QB they didn't have to".

See what I'm getting at?

From what I saw of Russell Wilson, he's not going to win you the SB if you take away the run. He couldn't make the throws. It was your defense and run game that won it for you.

I have never said one word about Denver running the ball? Not sure what you are talking about? So no, I don't see what you are getting at.

See the SEA vs NO game from week 13, Wilson was the leading rusher of the game and threw for 310 yards and 3 TDs against a better defense than Denver has.

Your problem is, no matter how you slice it - both Phillip Rivers and Tom Brady are better QB's than Russell Wilson.

If Denver's defense can handle them, they can handle Russell.

But please, feel free to tell me that Russell is a better QB than Tom Brady or Rivers.

Keep thinking this offense can't throw, it just proves that you know nothing about this team. They didn't throw much because they didn't have to, not because they couldn't. With Tate, Baldwin, Kearse and now Harvin, good luck covering them all.

Don't forget that Wilson is an extreme threat to run in this game and that has not been a strength of your defense either.

:noidea: 26th in the NFL passing. That just doesn't really scare me. Sure, maybe you can throw, but it's certainly not your strength.

"Bold Predictions" you want? Here is mine. Russell Wilson throws for more yards than Peyton Manning and still doesn't win the MVP, Lynch does.

Accuracy is generally more valuable than boldness in predictions. I suspect that is reflected in the fact that the over/under on Wilson's passing yardage is about 100 yards less than it is on Manning's

John Elway comes out of retirement and leads a new, two headed qb attack that goes for 600 yards and 7 touchdowns. :yahoo:

Seattle has better receivers than NE had, if not for Brady, that team would have been 4-12. However, in the Championship game, Brady played like shit and anyone that questions that is insane.

I think Wilson is better than Rivers, he just doesn't have time to show it most of the time because the offensive line can't even give him 3 seconds to work with.

No arguement, just insults? Classy.

Sorry, should I just bow to all that is Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos? Not a chance, maybe if they were a better TEAM, I would, but that just isn't the case here. They have a great offense, but the defense...wow they looked bad every single week.

Yeah, that whole 16.5 points allowed in the playoffs sure is terrible. :laugh3:

I wouldn't dream of arguing with you. Not because you make a compelling case, but because there is no limit to your ability to argue, just for the sake of arguing. I can only hope that your teams officials have failed as you have to pay attention to current events.

Yep, it is :laugh3: they should have held those teams to less than 10, they both played like crap and still scored on your defense.

:lame: I suppose the play of Denver's defense had absolutely nothing to do with them playing like crap?

Do you realize how stupid you sound? Maybe it will help if I turn it around for you. The Seahawks defensive is laughable. They should have held the 49ers and and Saints to less than 10, they both played like crap and still scored on your defense. See how dumb that is?

No, when Brady misses multiple open and somewhat covered receivers by 5 yards, that has nothing to do with your crappy defense.

No, that is your opinion, doesn't upset me at all, too bad my opinion has your panties in a bunch.

It is true that in combination, if Brady had a sharp passing day and Talib stayed in the game, it may well have been a completely different outcome.
