Did you get the memo? The claim was made that he did not drink any alcohol prior to the wreck, no one believes that, but lawyers did what she was paid to do...lie
Carter is an Eagle.
Knock it off.

Yeah, that was really weird to watch. He gives off a strange vibe but maybe being around all those guys he's familiar with and the veteran presence of Cox and Graham, he gets his head in the right space and succeeds. No way to know until we see it.His draft day interview was odd too. Asked about the incidents, he pivoted and said they got the best player, but not in a real confident manner.
I live in Georgia. I call bull on that. What do you mean by "allowed him to leave"? He left before the cops showed up then returned hours later. Too late for a DUI test then. Besides Georgia cops are not eager to arrest a Georgia Bulldog football star, they cut him ever break they could.
That doesn’t visit the agenda though my guy.I live in Georgia. I call bull on that.
Georgia cops look at player arrests as trophy's - their 15 minutes of fame.
He didn’t leave anyone.
In her announcement Thursday, Stephens wrote, "Mr. Carter never left the scene of the accident without being told that he could leave." The attorney also said that Carter "had not been drinking alcohol and was not under the influence of alcohol or any other illegal substance at the time of the wreck." She argued that, if he had been, police would have taken steps consistent with a DUI arrest after speaking to him at the scene.
Did you make your friend drive drunk as you’re apparently accusing Carter of doing?
You can critique the player all you want. (I mean you can’t; you don’t seem to know much about football). You don’t know this kid. You have no evidence other than unverified reports of what went down. We know cops in Georgia can charge a person for fleeing a scene to skip a breathalyzer. We know he was never charged with anything like that. You have no context to attack the kid.Do you believe everything lawyers tell you??
Im guesing you believe OJ and Casey Anthony are innocent too, because their lawyers said so huh..........all it took was for him to tell her a version of the story, and her to tell the rest......
Carter is a known liar as he got caught lying to the police..........
I never accused Carter of making anyone drink, just of him leaving.........Maybe someone could have beên saved if he stayed.......no one will ever know now.......
And for being the top def player in the draft,he got passed a lot.......
And then he cries on tv ưhen he got drafted....lol.....hes a wơrthless douche bag.......
Bottom line is none of us know the full story on this. I would be a bit concerned (if the reports are accurate) that he showed up overweight and did not have a good pro day. The good news is he will have a hell of a support system (including ex-teammates) in Philly to help him mature quickly and with his talent I look for him to be a force. You can critique the player all you want. He was crying and shit. He cares. That boy is gonna make it.His draft day interview was odd too. Asked about the incidents, he pivoted and said they got the best player, but not in a real confident manner.

If the defense isnt good next year then I dont really see it getting much better without a down year. The Chiefs contending means the only time they probably get a swing at a top defensive prospect is with Trent McDuffie, I'm guessing. Unless they miss the playoffs and get a good pick. Chiefs just have to hope that either Karlaftis or FAU develop into a solid player because Chris Jones isnt getting any younger. LB core should be solid. Gay and Tranquil against the pass. Bolton and Chenal against the run. As long as the Chiefs dont have a Dirty Dan situation at safety the should at least be better than last year. The only two things about the Chiefs draft I like
1) The defensive picks I mostly liked, and think Uzomah fits nicely at a position that was paper thin/old prior to this season
2) Emphasis on high value positions
Patiently waiting for the Chiefs defense to not be a passenger or active obstacle to the Mahomes contention window.
He put himself through some shit. That's a strong lesson.
You’re talking nonsense. There are no grounds for a civil suit. The driver was drunk. The driver is culpable.I agree, but human life??
When kids are out playing and one gets hurt, the other kids first reactions are run to get help......so theres no excuse for running at his age, none.
Trust me,Carter still does not care about the victims, just his own self and him getting paid to play football.........I hope he fails miserably......and hope a civil suit is around the corner......

I’ll just tell you that the two situations aren’t the same. Don’t try and practice law, chief.Carter took place in the drag race.......with out an opponent, theres no dragrace.....he was part of it.
So tell me,how did OJ was found not guilty, but lost in the civil suit......??
Karma is a bitch.
