Bloody Brian Burke

Woman lucky to be alive. Yikes.
Pretty sure that the NHL won't even have to do anything. His Visa will most certainly be revoked.
Much worse than I thought.
I thought he pushed her and she hit her head.
Not saying that would be good, just explains how they could say it was an accident.
If this is true, I wish he wasn't getting paid, with money I give the team .
He has Kobe's lawyers foe when he "raped" a girl. With his wife willing to say anything to get him free, he may be playing for my favorite team.
I don't feel like that's where this is going, or are you talking about the Kobe incident?
I meant Voynovs wife.
If he is convicted she and her daughter get deported. She is only in the US because of her husband. She has a big incentive to make sure he stays, on top of 4 mil a year she will lose.
I'm by no means an expert on immigration law, but I think if she chooses to stay she would be allowed to do so under certain circumstances. Essentially, if she makes a case that her life could be in danger if she goes back - which probably wouldn't be too hard if that's what she wanted - she might be allowed to stay.
I would imagine she could get witness protection as well, or some immigration help from the prosecution.
What a piece of shit. And fuck the Kings for allowing him to hang out in their facility.
I struggle to believe that today was the first time they heard any details or that they were exposed to photos/evidence. So, yeah. Makes those comments from Lombardi worrying about how this will affect Voynov's career going forward even more disgusting. Yeah, poor guy.
So what does this mean as far as the Kings? I'm guessing he'll get some slap on the wrist like Probation/community service?

So close enough. 90 days but he'll probably serve a fraction of that due to the old "good behavior." Still unsure of what this means to him and LA's cap.
