That tells me that Vegas thinks the Eagles are the better team when they are on the road in the playoffs. Especially giving them that spread after the past 6 game results by both teams.
That’s Vegas tapping into perception. Sharps will be all over the Bucs and this will get bet down.

Depends on the locker room. I do think the Bucs have looked pretty lame the last two weeks so if the Eagles lost to the Bucs then maybe you fire him but it all seems pretty hasty.

If Hurts, Brown, Smith and Slay all play the Eagles win by double digits and the fickle people of Philly carry Sirianni off the field like a conquering hero and start talking SB again. TB is just not a good team. They won that crappy division by default.

I wouldn't be shocked by an Eagles win. But I would be mildly surprised. Their defense is in shambles and their offense will be missing their best player most likely.
The only pathway to playoff wins for this team is for them to play Stall Ball like that annoying kid in the neighborhood when it was his turn to play Madden. The Eagles need to win time of possession with 38-40 minutes. They need to finish with points on 80% of their possessions and 75% of those have to be 7s and not 3s. They aren’t fixing this defense. They’re best offensively anyway when they are balanced, move sticks, and keep possession. This also allows for complementary football protecting that defense.

Does Philly have a history of firing their coaches this quickly?

Asking because I don't know honestly.
Nope. But when they determine they’ve quit on a coach, they act with a quickness. I just don’t think they’ve quit on Nick yet. Nick didn’t hire the incompetent coordinators. The front office did.

I would be pretty shocked if they fired Siriani. The team certainly has struggled in the 2nd half of the season but they were still an 11 win team and it could be pretty easily argued that the DC simply failed to do his job.

If Brown is out....the line will change.
Brown is fine. The turf was in his head. Looking back at the contact, he doesn’t have a knee buckling or doing anything weird. He wanted out of that game.

Eagles -2.5 on both of my apps. I suspect it goes off at -4 if all of the Eagles players are playing

I think the only realistic way the Eagles win this, barring a complete turnaround from the past 2 months of football, is takeaways.

Then they’re fucked haha. You have to actually compete on routes and run fits in order to force turnovers. You have to actually speed up the QB with pressure to force turnovers. I just can’t see that being a pathway to a win for this team. Their best defense is the offense playing keep away.

They need to get rid of the current OC and DC and hire proven veterans in those roles.
