In addition , there are legions of examples where players, especially male players have been allowed to play after numerous outbursts. I have already told you that considering the length Serena has been playing you can count a few times she has expressed the frustration.

Most players are not robots and exhibit emotions including Roger Federer the greatest of them all.

Yup, and most players in outbursts do not threaten an umpire's job. Or they actually at some point stop. What did Serena do? Threaten his job, consistently going back to whining, and accuse the ref of stealing her match. Three MASSIVE no-no's.

The cartoon just showed the truth about how she handles herself.
I say "dumb bitch", because I think she was by calling the ump sexist. We are in the "metoo movement age", and people are losing their jobs for being sexist. It's a bad accusation to make.
Yeah I understand. But still I don’t think it’s good to call someone disrespectful names. She has won 23 majors and still had to work for those. It is a monumental achievement. Regardless I don’t condone calling anyone a “dumb bitch”.

Yeah the people in this country is turning small things from thin skinned people into a big mess. America used to be a great country! Now people can’t get along for the smallest of things and can’t act like grown ups and manage themselves without law making bodies intervening and imposing ridiculous rules on the citizens!

I don't think her accomplishments should even play a role in this at all. Except that she should, as one of the all time best, behave herself more than others.

its sort of a microcosm of how many view the country internationally, being above the rules.

oh yeah!! Shameless display of an unsportsmanlike behavior. One can never tell she has won 23 slams. Only hardware but no grace to her legacy. This rivals the tantrum Hingis threw against Steffi in the 1999 FO final. And this is by far not the only one Miss Fatty has shown when losing. The match against Clijsters where she lost ( not surprisingly) also has to go down the history as one of the worst sportsmanship behaviors of all time physically threatening to kill the linesman.

She is so insecure about her own personality that she goes on the defensive and calls the umpire a thief. Zero class.

Totally agree.
No class with a me, me, me, attitude.
Poor girl who won her first major is an afterthought.

Osaka being apologetic to the crowd for winning the championship says it all!

Serena didn't threaten Carlos job. In fact ITA back him up and fined Serena $17,000. He is no victim and this is ridiculous. Our eyes only see what our eyes want us to believe.

hopefully they call more foot faults on her. :dhd:

Unbelievable. How is this referee who has been given another refereeing job immediately after this claim victim-hood? It's all because Serena is a....

Because of this:

and this:

James Blake, a retired tennis star, tweeted that he had said worse things on the court and did not get penalized.

“And I’ve also been given a ‘soft warning’ by the ump where they tell you knock it off or I will have to give you a violation,” he wrote. “He should have at least given her that courtesy. Sad to mar a well played final that way.”

Hypocrites!

I don't have a big issue with the discipline in a vacuum. I don't think it's unreasonable to ask umpires apply it more consistently to avoid these situations in the future at the same time. Both can be true.

What displeasure? The ITA backed Carlos. The officiating crew upheld all his violations and in addition fined Serena. What else are they whining about? What a bunch of entitled fools. They should go ahead and boycott all Serena's matches and we would see whether they can survive. They have given a pass to a lot of male players and even some ,ale players have stated the double standards. Just watch the videos I posted. Hell, Andy even threatened Carlos that he would not let hm officiate any of his matches. Again they can go fuck themselves.

they are unhappy with serena acting like she's above the rules. not only her verbal abuse, but also her calling him sexist for enforcing the rules, and saying he will never be allowed to umpire another one of her matches.
