Pretty sure you're right. I once did extensive research on that same topic...although I don't remember what the results where.
Negative?

Why? Should they allow players to play high? Most jobs you can't be under the influence of drugs or alchohol when performing your job.

Uhh yeah the hysteria (highsteria) is rampant. Many are afflicted.

Some of them probably should be playing high considering the prevalence of concussions. At least should be utilized during recovery. But who really cares about neuroscience?

That wasn't my point. I just wanted to see your answer. Because obviously this would need to be negotiated between the NFL & NFLPA. I believe it should be legalized federally, taxed heavily. Solves two problems denies the cartels one avenue to make money and could lower my taxes. But that's another whole debate.
Nope very few here are going to agree with anything scientific. Just look at how they tried to argue the gas laws.

I'm not going to rehash it all but go back and read the Josh Gordan suspension case and about nanograms and the like.

The NFL used to have a very low threshold for weed in their testing that theoretically could be reached by 2nd hand smoke. However they changed that the last time around about a year ago (when they reduced a bunch of drug penalties for Welker and the like) IIRC.

This may be a rick for Denver and Seattle players now:

Brandon Marshall shares worries about secondhand pot smoke with NFL

Jets wide receiver Brandon Marshall was in Jamaica for his sister’s wedding over the weekend, but there was more than just the nuptials on his mind.

In a tweet, Marshall said that “it smells like Denver over here” because of all the pot smoke that was in the air at the wedding and shared his hope that he doesn’t fail a drug test as a result of being in the vicinity. He then directed another tweet at the NFL’s account asking for assistance in dealing with the situation.

“Dear @NFL there’s smoke everywhere in Jamaica,” Marshall wrote. “I’m a occasional drinker (wine) red to be exact, but I do not smoke. Please help!!!”

Travis Henry once argued that a positive test for marijuana in 2007 was triggered by secondhand smoke — he eventually won his suspension appeal because the league didn’t allow an expert of his choosing to be present for the testing — but there’s not much else in the way of precedent on that front for Marshall. The league has since raised the threshold for a positive marijuana test, which will likely leave Marshall in the clear even if the air in Jamaica wasn’t so pristine.
This is the one of the most ridiculous things I've ever read... Which says a lot, considering I frequent this site and all...

Also - it was my experience that high chics rarely wore bras and were amenable to rubbing naughty parts and such.

That's normally because they could injur or kill someone while on duty. I tend to think it would be a much better alternative than getting players hooked on legal and very addicting painkillers.

Pharmaceutical executives disagree with this totally sane and completely reasonable notion.

Passive intake worked well enough as an excuse for Canuckistanian snowboarder Ross Rebagliatti to retain his Limpic Gold.
