The truly great teams consistently win on the road

I don't think many Colts fans are going around on message boards beating their chest about how great a team they are and how disrespected they feel because they can't beat legitimate playoff contenders on the road.

The Seahawks blew their chance of proving to the NFL that they can win on the road against legitimate competition when they came to Indianapolis.

That's the thing, Seattle has never proven to anyone that they can beat legitimate playoff contenders on the road. Of those last six road wins, non of them have been playoff teams. The one legit playoff team was the Colts and you lost. Any good team can go on the road and beat garbage.

OK, so Seattle isn't a legit team because they lost to the Colts on the road and real teams win those games, and do it consistently right? So then Denver isn't legit now right? I mean they now also lost to the colts on the road so they aren't anything special as well then. 49'ers? Well they lost to Seattle on the road and also the colts at home. They must REALLY suck to you then right?

I hate to tell you this but the last time a team went undefeated was probably before you were born. The greatest teams in the league over the last 40 years have all lost at least one road game along the way and many have lost 2-3 on even the best of runs.

I know it sucks when real life comes up and bites you in the ass, but the game tonight did just that.

I know the haters won't quit, but all that crap from this colts fan just slammed right into his face.
