My viewpoints may not be my own...

But your viewpoints aren’t unanimous like it is portrayed. 2 arguments for my point being just as good of an argument is baseball does spring training to stretch out arms even though it is essentially mandates for the off-season and the second is clubs are against pitchers playing in the WBC. The extra innings would be the rebuttal for sure, but they still make their pitchers throw a boat load of “innings” with pitching specialists.

And tons.of small shops..

Then we are..talking..culture...sellable..culture..

And university..of Portland..is right there...so nice..

Mariners should be spending like a top 5 revenue club, but they always get cheap and go somewhere in the middle, that’s why we’ve never been to a World Series.. M’s are on the cusp, but we’ve seen this before in the mid 90’s, Will they do what it takes to get over the hump or get cheap and watch the opportunity pass bye ? I’ll never forget the Tino, Sojo, Nelson trade that ended our chances in the mid 90’s and elevated the Yankees over the top in 96 after we battled with them in a 5 game series the year before, we literally handed the Yankees the 96 title being cheap …

He had to go to NY..to get money ...

But...this is a diff...mariners...with..a bit more...money...
Nothing..wrong..with..being fruggle....
Mariners are not..the Mets ...
That expectation...should not even be there...
But..mariners have locked up..a lot of good players..for a long time..and prob..will..not go..a..lot of free agents in the future..either....
They will not have to...they have...and still..
Are..set up..to win .in the future..
With minors guys coming .

Yeah, I think Dipoto has done a good job building back up the youth, minor leagues, which is how you build things up, but you gotta then make sure you keep that talent and not let that talent walk… We’ve watched so much talent walk from the M’s it’s painful… I do like what they did with Julio, smart move..

Agreed..but they put the finishing touches..
On the club..baring maybe a pitching..trade..I'm good with...the..differential..potential..if they can..get it....
You never..say..you are done..improving ...so it may just happen...later.....
