Nobody would give up anything for him. He's obviously passed his prime. Who would give up a used jock strap for a 30+ year old RB that couldn't make it through half of a season?

I'm not sure if you're being sarcastic or not.

Lynch was only averaging 3.9 YPC I believe, but there was no reason to believe that Lynch is washed up. Lynch had forced 37 missed tackles on 124 total touches, which is the 2nd highest percentage of forced missed tackles of qualifying players.

The biggest concern is the injuries, which at his age and the amount of hits he has taken would lead a team to be concerned. If I was a team that had the cap space and needed a runningback, Lynch is definitely a risk worth taking.

Had Rawls either looked average or mediocre, I would be more than comfortable going into next year with Lynch starting.

Guys brace yourself. I might see some Seahawks cheating threads coming up because of the Vikings having a issue with their sound

He's going to be 30 years old! Last season he was staying out at halftime lying down because he was afraid he'd tighten up! You think GM's are dumb? The Seahawks are going to release him anyway. Everybody knows that.

Hypothetically speaking, why wait for the Seahawks to release him when you can ship a later round pick to the Hawks and secure that he will be joining your team?

He's going to be 30 years old, but he is still performing at a dominant level as indicated by his ability to force broken tackles and gain yards after contact. The only reason to shy away from him is if you think he will miss too many games.

Good challenge. I thought he wasn't touched when he slid past the marker.

Lynch hasn't been himself though... He's been nicked up all year... It's clear though when Pete let go of Michaels and Turbin he knew he had something with Rawls...

Because you pay for the contract he's under if you trade for him.

In terms of yards after contact and forced broken tackles, Lynch has been himself.

I am in favor of moving on from Lynch to Rawls, but not because I think that Lynch is no longer capable of being a starting runningback, but because Rawls is $8m cheaper and has been playing at a dominant level.

Love the way Rawls hits the line hard instead of dancing around in the backfield on those short plays.

More passing than I've seen this team do in the first half of a game since Wilson joined the team.
