3rd & 9, and you throw it 7 yards... I'll never understand that move...
It's called that's what the defense left available. It means they did their job and kept it under the first down line.

I agree but what is he worth?

If we do decide to trade him

No idea what anyone would give up for him honestly. If I was a contender who needed a runningback, I'd be willing to give up a 2nd or 3rd rounder for Lynch. I think Lynch's injuries show reason for concern, especially considering the work load he has had since coming to Seattle, but I think he still has something left in the tank and I believe a team would agree with that.

Eh the announcers put it best. Vikings have been missing tackles all day. Put it in the hands of your WR/RB and see if they can make a play. Vikings obviously did, but it's one of the few (if only) times today.

He'd get a 3rd at most. Value of draft picks has soared these days. I wouldn't be shocked at all if Seattle traded him for a 4th.

That tackle by Wright seemed to be, Peterson, you can run, but you're leaving the ball here.

Valid point. It is honestly tough to say.

There have been a lot of times when vets have been traded for a pick way higher than their worth, and way lower than their worth. There is really a high level of variation in these types of trades, so it is hard to say.

Nobody would give up anything for him. He's obviously passed his prime. Who would give up a used jock strap for a 30+ year old RB that couldn't make it through half of a season?

80% sure Lynch will retire at the end of the year. He's not going to be traded to anyone.

I could see what Wilson was thinking. It was to Lockett. He most likely would break the tackle but Newman made the hit

It would be interesting to see if he was serious about the retirement thing or if it was just a ploy to try to get more money from the Seahawks.

:wtf:
He has been the most durable RB this team has ever had. This isn't a knee injury or even a shoulder. It shouldn't be as big of a deal as most other injuries of this type.

ok, so go drive 98 yards and make a statement.

Even better, get Lockett the ball over the top and let him do it in one major chunk.

Defense stiffened up after a few first downs. Hopefully a sign they're coming around.

You don't know what you're talking about. He has a huge contract, he played 7 games, is a physical player with a back problem, and is due to get paid a ton. Why trade anything when you know the Seahawks are just going to release him?
