Release the Kraken - Fuck the Canucks
It's called that's what the defense left available. It means they did their job and kept it under the first down line.3rd & 9, and you throw it 7 yards... I'll never understand that move...

I agree but what is he worth?
If we do decide to trade him

No idea what anyone would give up for him honestly. If I was a contender who needed a runningback, I'd be willing to give up a 2nd or 3rd rounder for Lynch. I think Lynch's injuries show reason for concern, especially considering the work load he has had since coming to Seattle, but I think he still has something left in the tank and I believe a team would agree with that.
He'd get a 3rd at most. Value of draft picks has soared these days. I wouldn't be shocked at all if Seattle traded him for a 4th.

80% sure Lynch will retire at the end of the year. He's not going to be traded to anyone.
Nobody would give up anything for him. He's obviously passed his prime. Who would give up a used jock strap for a 30+ year old RB that couldn't make it through half of a season?
He has been the most durable RB this team has ever had. This isn't a knee injury or even a shoulder. It shouldn't be as big of a deal as most other injuries of this type.
