"kaepernicking" took off on its own in the media and so he trademarked it and created gear to sell and then he donated the proceeds to Camp Taylor, a charity for kids with heart defects. Rather than let someone else profit off the term he decided to use its popularity to help kids. He is motivated to help kids with heart defects because his adoptive parents lost two babies (and he lost two siblings) to a heart defect.

No you weren't. The response was to show that Kaepernick also does charity work and is a stand up guy. You did that and it should have been enough but no, you have to come up with that extra comment and then call what Wilson does bullshit. Nobody, I repeat, nobody has said that Russell Wilson spends "all his time" visiting sick children. It was stated clearly that he goes once a week with his wife. That is a good thing and should not be diminished. It is petty to do so. God, how did I get sucked into this. I just told my fellow fans to ignore you and here I go.

this entire thread is a hit job on kaepernick that is attempting to make Kaepernick look like a dick and Wilson look like a hero.
