Sure you weren't thinking of Bruce Irvin who was arrested on the eve of his pro day for vandalism.

Seahawks saw the character guy they had been looking for and drafted him 15th overall.

there isn't a single everyday player in the NFL who doesn't take ped.

every once in awhile, a player is dumb and manages to pop positive on the ridiculous tests.

it's amusing that everybody (outside of idiots like breaker) knows that PED use is rampant in the NFL, yet there is no scrutiny of it. it's because the NFL would be boring without roids.

:omg:

I remember that. That was the same year the niners drafted the high character AJ Jenkins in the first round.

WT3 has had some major injuries in his college career and the surgeries that go along with that. It is possible he has become addicted to pain killers and if that is the case he is in need of help and this is not a character issue at all.
Stooper, if you are looking for a complete bum, look at Alldons situation more closely. WT3's infraction is much less severe that Alldon's.

Heck, this means it is almost time for Harbaugh to give us another "We are above reproach" lesson.

And all that just before Bruce Irvin suspended four games for cheating?

First he was smoking weed, now it's just because of his injuries that led to addiction to painkillers?

Bwahahahahahahahahaha. Too funny

Aldon smith got drunk dude. Alcohol isn't illegal. For all anyone knows WT tested positive for heroin.

Yeah that's a bunch of bullshit. Seahawk fans were all over aldon smiths jock over his arrest. Nice revisionist historical recollection during time of crisis... :laugh3:

"All over Aldon Smiths jock"?

Why am I not surprised to see you talking about the jock straps of NFL players?

Just one of the reasons you get your ass kicked every day is you open your mouth to put people down way to soon. I said it is possible and your attempt to twist that statement is obvious.
It does not surprise me that you feel Alldone has done nothing wrong and WT3 is the bad guy. Typical thought process of a douchebag loser.
Did I spell most of those words correctly?

Not that I have a dog in this fight either, but weed is still technically illegal in every state (federal law). And alcohol isn't "illegal" by NFL "law" if one wanted to use that terminology; weed is.

Driving drunk and crashing your car & passing out behind the wheel, on the other hand, is "illegal" no matter how you're looking at it.

Just for the sake of clarity.

P.S. Aldon had weed in his car when he was arrested.

Federal laws pertaining to this are non binding since it's state's option under the constitution. This is why the govt isn't pursuing this. Also, the fact that the govt continues to label weed as a "dangerous narcotic" erroneously has a lot to do with it.

Agreed, there is no need to classify it with heroine. cocaine or even meth either.

It's not the states option. There's federal laws against weed and they are what they are regardless of what is or isn't on the books on the state level. That's why there's still federal raids on some dispensaries every now and again (hopefully that crap has stopped). State law enforcement has made it really clear that they don't care what's on the books federally and aren't going to enforce those laws.

Although that is true, but a couple weeks back I recall reading that they won't intervene in Washington or Colorado. Basically a wait and see type of deal.

Yeah, the raids have been all but over since the law passed last year.

I've even taken meds on domestic flights from seatac over the past year. If you have your card TSA abides by the state law and they just give you a warning that may not be protected in the state that you're traveling to. Maybe they just expect it to be gone by the time we land.
