I don't really care if the Hawks beat the Rams next week. This loss by the Hawks is huggeee. It sends a clear message and puts a dent to their confidence a bit going into the playoffs. Our game films plus today's game film gives us more than enough of a blueprint on how to play them and win. This loss gives our team the confidence it needs if we have to travel to their house in a hostile playoffs atmosphere.

New Orleans has 5 losses at least no matter what.

I would have a tough time picking against Seattle next week at home with an absolute must win game (well assuming we take care of the Falcons) BUT I will say the Rams are really one of the last teams Seattle wants to see right now and I do give them a fighting chance.

For one the Rams under Fisher have played Seattle tight. The past 3 games none of them have been decided by 7 or less points.

No to mention the Rams are just an odd team this season and you never know which team is going to show up. Seems like they either kick the crap out of a team or get the crap kicked out of them.

Also you have to know the Rams would love nothing more to end the season by pissing in the Cheerios of a division rival and what almost all consider the best team in the league in their house. Not to mention ending on a 3 game winning streak. So I fully expect the Rams to treat this like their Super Bowl and match Seattle's intensity blow for blow.

Whether the Rams can do it is another story but they won't fail due to lack of effort.
