What a nightmare. Mercy rule ? I figured it would be closer than it was on paper because of the home field advantage, but this is downright embarrassing. A triple bogey for a halve on a 135 yard hole was interesting. I doubt an "other" has ever not lost a hole in the RC.

I have no idea what Furyk is doing. Reed was not playing well but he deserves to be playing with his history over Tiger, same with Phil. I'm so down on Fowler, other than the Tour Championship when has he ever come up big in the biggest moment? For such talent he is simply not a winner.

I watched that triple bogey half. All Noren had to do was use a hybrid to get it rolling towards the hole. That was a big tie. Simpson clutched up with that putt.

Right The Players. Still he just finished his 9th full season on tour, he is considered a top player, and he has all of 4 career tour wins. I used to really like him but not for a while, he's a fraud.

Down 10-6 heading into Sunday's singles....a comeback that big has been overcome before, but they got to start hot and see a lot of red on the board early. The weakness now for the USA is they can't find fairways, and this course demands that.

For years I heard the Euros won because they wanted it more. I never agreed, the Americans want it just as badly and obviously have as much or in many cases more talent. Webb and Bubba looked to be having fun yesterday. They were the only 2 on the USA team that I saw joking at all.

Definitely agree that the USA players need to stop taking themselves so seriously.
