I am in fact smarter than you regardless of who won a super bowl because I don't constantly insult strangers on the internet like you

You insult a whole fan base and team and come to any Hawk related thread,if you do not like them or their uniforms why bother?

sorry, its not because he's good. its because parity has made it possible for lower quality players to look better than they are earlier than they should. ( pay attention-I'm not saying he's not good at what he does but he isn't as good as you think because parity has made all teams weaker in one or more categories league wide.)

and again you use the word troll because I don't root for Seahawks and don't say things you want to hear, that's tough honey...its getting boring.

Seattle won, good for them ! but it has nothing to do with my life or yours  ( I don't feel bad because they won but you seem to think its supposed to make me feel that way for your contrived happiness...interesting)

and again for the umpteenth time LOL if I really cared or worried about what you thought. Why would I even bother coming here to post about unimportant sports stuff ?

trollboy said Russell was sub par and wouldn't be able to handle the pressure of a Super Bowl due to his inexperience.:laugh3:

trollboy.

He may not win one ever again , but I am certain no legitimate football fan will ever confuse Wilson's level of play for that of Dilfer

oh get over yourself, its not Wilson is your brother or something.

you don't like my opinion because your favorite team won is just tough crap. It doesn't matter if Wilson gets better or not. All I'm saying is he may never win another Super Bowl again and that is very ,very possible

Whatever, as long as you understand - The best team won and the QB with the better FUTURE is Russel Wilson.....Better year than Brady, better year than Rogers, better year than Brees, and won the Superbowl against Peyton.

So ramituphisjackson sounds a lot like a certain poster from the espn boards. A sick in the head redskins fan with utter hatred for anything seahawks. If its the same guy he is still butt hurt over seattle's playoff victory over his inept poorly managed/owned team. And that was last year. At some point you gotta let the hate go or you become just a sniveling, annoying punk trioll who can only find validation in his life by getting any response on a message board.

Oh god please no. I remember that fruitloop. I'm trying to remember his username. He had this bizarre phobia about anything west of the rockies, but especially the PACNW and any sports team located in it.

When the Seahawks beat the Redskins in the playoffs last year, he lost his marbles and started blaming all kinds of conspiracy theories.

+1

Dilfer had a RAT avg of 70 over this entire career. The 2000 Ravens, his RAT was 76.

RW over his two years in the league? RAT = 100 and 101.

Anyone comparing these two QBs needs to have his head examined.

I was called out in preseason for suggesting that Russel Wilson would be a star. I watched him live at NC State. I have no favorite in Seattle or Denver but I am a Russel Wilson fan. It was a certain Denver fan that suggested that I was an idiot for saying he was any good (too short, bad arm, yada, yada...

Peyton will always be one of the greatest. Wilson is not Brady or Peyton. Wilson now has credibility. He will continue to "over-achieve" while otheres will never live up to the hype. Why?

Winners win and losers lose.....Meet Russel Wilson - World Champion!

He maybe a Champion, but he is not a star...............

No I dont like your opinion because you are a troll that refuses to look at facts. No qb has ever won more games his first 2 years then Wilson, His rookie year he threw more TDs then any other rookie not named peyton manning (they tied) Seattle isn't a throw first team, so he didn't put up 5kyards or any other numbers but he did have almost a 3-1 td/int ration 26 tds',. 9 ints this year

and oh yeah HES GOT A DAMN RING!!!!!!!! He has as many Superbowl wins as he has years where he didn't win the superbowl.

Dumb quote............Football is a team game...........I`m guessing you think your D had nothing to do with it then.

The 85 and 86 Bears won 29 games in two season.
Does that mean William Perry was great cause he won more games in his first two seasons than any defensive tackle in their first two?

Anyone can play that game........

I actually agree with this. Don't get me wrong. I like RW and think he's a perfect fit for this Seahawk team. He has been very good but fans need to step back and be objective on both sides of this. The kid has a long way to go before we anoint him with some greatness label. On the flip side, yes, it is only one SB but there are many QB's out there with only one ring and didn't get another. To put Wilson's name anywhere in the same sentence or post with Trent fucking Dilfer is just being an ass or someone that knows nothing of the game of football. Just because they both had great defenses. There are plenty of teams that had great defenses but the QB play was still very good. Anybody remember Phil Simms or Jeff Hostetler and the 90's Giants? So let's not toss around ludicrous statements and not expect some backlash.

Well, since I was a University Of Wisconsin student season ticket holder for two years, you know who I was rooting for in the Superbowl. About the only other QB that throws as well on the run in the pros is maybe Aaron Rogers.

sorry, its not because he's good. its because parity has made it possible for lower quality players to look better than they are earlier than they should. ( pay attention-I'm not saying he's not good at what he does but he isn't as good as you think because parity has made all teams weaker in one or more categories league wide.)

So by that rationale, all players are not as good as people might think because of parity? I guess there is no such thing as great players because the NFL is a watered down league.

FYI - With the exception of the officials, the NFL is exceptional and puts a great product on the field almost every Sunday.

Sorry man, but that is a ridiculous take.

..even though I know you are just throwing wood on the fire lol

Ram29 has some sort of weird obsession with parity and brings it up in almost every football related thread as a means to basically say that no team or player is great in todays game. Im not quite sure how it pertains to any of this thread since their were QB's and teams in every decade that won SB's that were not considered elite level QB's or teams. Its always been that way.
