I'm not impressed with Oswalt at all. Maybe its his number in his last 10 games, or maybe its the fact that the organization is full of shit. They could've had a far better pitcher in Lee, but they said no we have to reload the farm. So what do they do? Trade more of the farm away for a guy that isnt even close to Cliff Lee.

Either way i'm not impressed. We need a closer real bad. Lets just keep going after starting pitchers though! If we just kept Cliff Lee we wouldnt have to keep sending away our future. Oswalt has given up 31 runs in 70 innings pitched in his last 10 starts compared to Lee who has given up 20 runs in 86 innings pitched in his last 10 games.

Sorry do I sound bitter? Oh maybe its because I am. I would love if the Rangers(no not that shitty team from New York) won the World Series, beating the Phillies to do it.

Phillies management doesnt deserve the following that they get. They're cheap assholes, and the proof is in the fact that they needed ELEVEN MILLION DOLLARS to take the Astro's best pitcher.

I think he's upset Philly traded Lee in the first place, citing they have enough starting pitching and need a farm system, only to turn around and trade said farm system for a less talented starting pitcher.

That's what I was thinking too. Then just sign Lee before he hit free agency at the end of the year.
