Better start rebuilding C's. Won't make playoffs, if they do can't contend w/o Rondo. Trade Garnett and/or Pierce and start the rebuilding process.

It'll be interesting to see what happens now. This injury could affect the championship in multiple ways. Not only does this knock the Cs out as contenders but it could boost another team's chances if they deal for Pierce or KG.

I haven't thought it all out yet but to me, I'd blow it up. I'd make sure to fall out of the playoffs this year to get a lottery pick. I'd deal KG and Pierce (a toughy since he's a lifelong Celtic) for assets (picks and cap room for 2014 and beyond). Rondo will probably be out till the ASG next year meaning you could be in the lottery next year as well. That leaves you with two lottery picks, any other draft picks you get trades, perhaps a young player or two, and cap space in 2014 to go after someone like Kevin Love that has an opt out (as does Lebron but I doubt he leaves)
