New ownership is necessary, but in the absence of new ownership:

Fire everybody on the football side
Hire a GM from a team that is a consistent winner: chiefs, eagles (3 rebuilds in 20 years), ravens, packers.
Have the GM study how these franchises do everything
Invest in infrastructure: analytics, facilities upgrades, practice facilities, etc
Have the GM hire a coach that shares the same philosophy as they do.
Prioritize innovative thinking, techniques, philosophy, etc.
Tell the fanbase what your plan is and to rxpect both rebuilding and sustaines success.
Rennovate FedEx Field and try to get the team back in to DC proper.
Lean on your team leaders - TM, JAllen, asking them what they’d like to see.
Get the cap under control and the draft under control.
Suck year one
Suck less year two
Expect .500 or better year three
Expect contention year four

I agree 100% what you said. I said we should raid the Chiefs front office and pay the Assistant GM and anyone else he wants to bring all stupid money to fix our train wreck.

You are one of the few who have figured it out. What I mean is that you know that Rivera is NOT the future and that Wentz is a disaster.

I think fans look at the box score with Wentz and don't watch the game. They see the big numbers but don't see the critical mistakes with the game on the line. That is what prompted Philly and then Irsay to give him the boot.
I think some posters are so desperate to appear right that they won't admit what the rest of the NFL predicted.

First of all, Chiller is one of the few fans/posters I have seen who has actually advocated for Rivera to be replaced. I don't have a running total of posters/fans who have literally said what Chiller and I have said.

Regarding Wentz, I am not going to start another war on here as I just got everything ironed out with another poster. However, you yourself have admitted you don't read everyone's posts. I am going to leave it at that as I do not want to get into it anymore.

I will say that I was called out for being negative on the Wentz trade and the concerns I had have been manifest. I already did call out where it is happening. I have said for a million times that Wentz is NOT a good decision-maker and that you do NOT want him with the ball in his hands with the game on the line. I am not a prophet but is that not exactly what happened today to end the game? Why would I call out our inability to run the ball? We haven't been successful with running the ball all year? We are 26th in the league?

so glad i was flying from BWI to TPA during the game. Ron needs to go. both marty's need to go. the house needs to be cleaned again. Because it's dan it won't be a possibility until after the 2023 season.
