You have reaped the benefits of the PED before it hits your kidneys and the diuretics are helpful in flushing the remaining traces away faster that your body would otherwise do so.

This blows. I'm not a huge Cano fan but he's been a great player to watch. I'd still give him a HOF vote if I had one, but I'm sure he won't be seeing many thrown his way. That statement doesn't sound like he's admitting to PED use so much as he thinks he'd lose an appeal.

Granted it was already done with from the injury, but Cano's 11 game stretch of 150+ games is over.
