There's nothing to being a moderator ... it's not like you're doing site coding. The trick to being a mod is don't be a cvnt with small penis syndrome and for the most part the posters will moderate each other. Rivals mods on the other hand were known for being cvnt extrodernairs. Deleting threads and fvcking over posters that they didn't agree with because for the most part they're power tripping pvssies who got punked for their lunch money when they were kids and the mall security guard job wasn't paying the bills.

If you want to see how a board should be moderated then look no further than this one. The mods on here are actual sane adults who don't power trip.
