The old regime "virus" is turnover margin and penalties. It's the obvious carry-over.

That is coaching 101.

If this 'Veteran Coaching Staff' (chock full of longtime loyalty) cannot fix those basic fundamentals of football, it only explains why they spent 14 years at Oregon St.
