Who can we restructure and how much can be saved by so doing to make more money available for Manning & crew(RG+WR). Can anything be done with PWilly and VD's contract to amke this a reality if we need to sweeten the pot? Approx. savings of so doing? Guestimates welcome...

You get over $1M by getting rid of the 2nd and 3rd long snappers.

So this means without restructuring any contracts Money avail. is 19.1 or 21.4M or somewhere in between? Can Pwilly's cap hit be restructured...and what would be a reasonable sample of the savings be? Capologist welcome..

The info I posted is a few days old....Spencer's still in there, Rogers is not. Stuff like that. This time of year it's a fluid situation.

spencer should be taken off since he'll get cut.

crabtree at 5 and whitner at 4 seems like a waste of cap space.

So we get a 3.3M boost without Spencer and Smith is a non factor if we sign PM since he would be looking for another team and we cannot afford both..agreed...so what number do you come up with bottom line available for PM and Co.

Pierre Thomas still hasn't woken up from Whitner's hit. I'll take that for one more year.

I'm for trading Gore if anyone would take him.

Rumor has it the reason Manning is interested in the 49ers and Titans is because of their running games. So trading Gore would probably be a deal-breaker.
