He ran out cuz he tweaked something. And cuz he's being a bitch.

BEing a bitch is correct......

Even if you tweak something, you still play till the play is over.....
Players do it all the time.

He did have a very small giddyup as soon as he left the field and then walked fine rest of the way to the bench.

DJ Moore,I really think he just doesnt wanna be here anymore.....

He is most definitely being a bitch.

Which is a shame because Caleb, as a f*cking rookie, is unintentionally making DJ look stupid with just how stand up he's been since he got here. And HE'S the one getting clobbered every other play.

All we can hope is that we shore up the line and coaching and Caleb takes the reins so that players like DJ Moore can follow his lead.

DJ's body language, comments and on-field questionable effort this season has been annoying. I thought he would be a lead by example guy this season after how stand up he was for Fields last year...but I guess it was more about how he just liked Fields and/or was just playing good boy to get contract. Or at least that's how it seems now. *shrugs* Disappointing.

Ya, he had a career year with Fields. The team fucking sucked and was going nowhere fast, but apparently, like you stated, individual stats and contracts are what matter the most, I guess? It's disappointing to see that type of shit from him. He should be a leader on that team, not a fucking cancer.

With that said, fuck Eberflus and Waldron so fucking much. They are terrible.

Probably the last winnable game on the schedule at home against the Patriots. I say winnable if it was played in September. If he shits the bed at home it might be enough. Bad part is winning against the Patriots should not be a measuring stick to keeping him if somehow they do win.
So, you think if we lose to NE - we're losing out?

I just thought it would be refreshing for the receivers and quarterbacks to sit in a room and say, "Oh, so that is how we are supposed to run that play, it might work now."
I dont think DJ Moore ran out of bounds and to the bench because Caleb did not throw the ball, it was more of why am I the only one here with three defenders.
He literally got hurt on the play and was limping. Jesus Christ. I don't know how you're still so clueless and continue to simply "make up" shit as you go. Entire storylines to shit - you just pull it out of thin air.

I feel bad sometimes going in on you. You're clearly slow, but my gosh. I've read this nonsense for like 17 years from you.

I don't understand what kind of a "respected veteran" shows up a rookie QB like he has this season. It's so incredibly unfair to treat a rookie QB like that. As early as game #2 as well.

I didn't expect this from him. I've lost a lot of respect for him. I don't get it.

In fairness, the qunt came right back in the next play, and ran a fucking go-route, so...

It was not a good look, but ya, he definitely tweaked some shit, but he also definitely was being a bitch. But ya, justanidiot chose neither of those options, soo.

I am saying if the bears beat the Patriots, it will keep the fluke off the hot seat for the rest of the season. I was able to see them squeak out one win against the Viqueens, but no chance against the lions unless they lose both of their running backs and we usually fix all of the fudge's problems when we play them.

I think losing to the Patriots might force the changes we need on this coaching staff. I do not know what the rest of the coaching staff looks like on the offensive side to take over play calling for Waldo, I am pretty sure the only answer to why it has not been pulled from Waldo is because there is nobody else capable of doing it.

Y'all had a good start but damn.....

Pats
Packers
Vikings
@ Lions
@ Niners
@ Vikes
Lions
Seahags
@ Pack

I know you gotta play the games but that is a rough 2nd half schedule. Gotta win 2 of these next 3 at least a have a shot IMO.

7-10 is a real possibility. Maybe 8-9 but I cannot see much better than that and that will get him fired. I don't see them firing him before the end of the season, unless he just loses these next 3 games in a bad way.

Doubt we win any road games.

Only 7 NFC teams currently have a better record. As unlikely as it is, firing Eberflus midseason, assigning and interum coach couldnt be worse.

If by "Keeping him off the hot seat" you mean he won't get fired in season? Yeah, I mean that was probably always the case either way. Just another stupid Bears' "Tradition"...

But I mean when we consider our wins:

Titans
Rams (Without Kupp OR Puka)
Jags
Panthers

I mean, that's a who's who of suck (except the Rams, but exception already noted).

So beating the Patriots? I can't see that moving the needle much, but yeah its gonna get LOUD if we lose...

Bill, Vrabel and also Carroll....

No
Maybe
No

Give me Ben Johnson for the win.......Bears I believe need an offensive coach.....

Bill has never anything until Tom Brady came along.....
Vrabel wouldnt be bad,but as I said, cause I believe he could get that team motivated....but Id rather have an offensive minded coach....
And Carroll,too old.

Johnson isn't leaving the Lions for the Bears IMO. He could have left for Atlanta or any number of teams last off-season.

Carroll is too old? If you have his energy at 73 you'd be so lucky.....he would be an excellent coach for any number of teams.

This was on X (formerly Twitter). Clever, but i think the numbers on Johnson are conservatively low.

I have seen conflicting reports from Sports Mockery about Eberflus.

One suggested the tide had shifted and Poles was not happy with Eberflus for leaving Caleb in against the Cardinals, considering CW did suffer an injury.

But the other implied that no matter what happens this season, Eberflus will be the HC in 2025. Ugh.
