Here's another list of candidates from CBS Sports. This one gives us eight possibilities:


The top three names are the same top three from the Bears Wire list. Kliff Kingsbury adds an interesting element to the conversation. And please, just say no to Bill Belichick, who probably is happy staying away from the world of coaching. No matter who we eventually hire, I remain hopeful that he comes from the offensive side of the ball.
Reading that list, I can see us snap hiring Joe Brady (or Kingsbury probably more likely) , while everyone else is fighting over Ben Johnson…

Saw some news that seems to be getting some traction as accurate... that Poles wanted to fire Eberflus after the Patriot loss. But George nixed it.

George finally caved after the Lions game.
