O Line coach is what I'm interested in. That's gonna be an important hire with a rookie QB.
Are you and I the only ones pumped about this...lol

I kid...it's late..I know

The days of teams kicking the crap out of us are over.

We might not win every game, but we are going to be more competitive, disciplined, and prepared.
Well Quinn is certainly proving he can put a staff together.

Not sure he's strong enough to run a lockerroom. Saw Kyler tell him to "calm the fk down" on national TV.

Coached Manziel, Baker, Kyler, Caleb, and Mahomes.

OLine coach with experience in the air raid offense. Wider splits for the big guys, 4 receivers often. If they run the traditional air raid offense.

If they plan on running 4 receiver spread, they better get some tackles in here.

It doesn't have to be 4 WRs but I don't think you are looking for big old blocking TEs. It is an RPO offense if Kliff runs a traditional offense. Could be like 2012 with Kyle.

Yes to tackles but the wider splits are me OLineman that can move.

I don't know what Peters will think but that big WR from FL Johnny Wilson intrigues me in this type of offense.

Sanders from UT at TE is who I'm crossing my fingers for. I know Logan loves Wilson. I like Leggette and Coleman if they add a big wideoout. Sty posted the kid Worthy from UT. That dude can fly.

Someone that can fly would be great. A big WR could be a quasi WR/TE.

I can't say I know how Kliff runs his offense. He was QB under Mike Leach ... not the inventor but the guy that probably make it most popular. Two slot receivers too outside WRs. I would imagine he mixes in TE sets. QB plays from the shotgun/pistol. This to my knowledge would be the base offense. I am sure there must be variations depending on down and distance.

Not gonna hold you to this. You know how this board can be, but out of Drake, Caleb, and Jayden, who is the best fit for this type of offense?
