I think a lot of us are disappointed over not getting Johnson or McDonald because the media force fed us fodder.
Boomer bet his house we had Johnson as HC, and then the media ran with Harris wanting to emulate the Ravens.
If mom and dad promise you ice cream but later give you broccoli, of course you're mad.
I understand why folks are frustrated and Quinn doesn't move the needle at all....
I would've been happier with a newbie newbie. But....at this point i have to trust the process lol

I think that is what Quinn will be known for.
He will get the franchise back to being respected.

Winning super bowls, I doubt it. But I think he will get us transitioned to the post snyder era where we look and feel like a competent franchise.

I think he will do what Rivera tried to do.

I think Ben Johnson bombed his first interview so badly he did not want to ruin his reputation within multiple franchises for future employment. Simply put, he realized he was not ready.

Rivera's staff toward the end was a joke. A high school secondary coach. Had to fire Mills in camp to avoid a mutiny. Scott Turner hasn't sniffed an OC job since he left.

They gotta hit on OC and QB coach (Kubiak?). They have to hit in QB at #2. If Dan and Peters get those right, we'll have a shot.

Getting a top 8 dynamic QB in here will be the game changer.

I think RR took too much of an approach as being diverse and a mentor to coaches who haven’t done it before.
