I try to stay out of Monday morning sports radio hot takes but I honestly thought he should have been let go after the week 18 Oakland game last year. He went for it deep in his own territory in the 1st half of low scoring game. It was baffling.
The Chargers current OC Joe Lombardi is a long time Sean Payton assistant. If the Chargers miss the playoffs Payton is a perfect fit. A dome, an elite young QB and his system is already installed.
