I always randomly liked him as a QB. He had a good season for the Niners back in the day. I love when random ass backup QB's play well. I used be a big Billy Volek guy. lol

How much experience did mcvay have as any kind of coach when he came here ?

Look at the track record of redskins coaches especially young ones while they are here ? He could be another
