Rare? That's all perception because they're a quality franchise, but if you take the top to look at their drafts they have a ton of wasted picks. A lot of their head-scratcher picks never pan out, yet we never hear any criticism towards their less-than-stellar draft record...

He was 1st round talent, but he's always hurt. I wouldn't be surprised if he finally get's healthy and is a solid #2 CB in this league. I remember draft day they said he was a mid 1st round pick if he wasn't hurt.

Their 1st round picks are all hits. Seymour, Warren, Graham, Mayo, Wilfork, Jones, Mankins, McCourtey etc...last high pick I remember busting was Merriweather or Maroney, and that was awhile ago.
