This line up might not be as good as we thought. 1 run over the last 15 innings is pretty terrible.
Good pitching stops good hitting most of the time and I am not positive on this but I think the Sox lead the AL in ERA.

I'm all for Rua getting more ab when there's a lefty on the mound, and then use Moreland as the PH/defensive replacement.
They won't even bring him in as a late game PHer against a lefty.

It was interesting that vs a LH the other day, Jeff went almost all RH but today he's got MM, Prince, Roog and Maz all in there

I noticed Topps has another Topps Now card out today and it also involves the Rangers. It is honoring the triple play last night.

His treatment of Rua is getting very Wash-like.

His numbers were pretty impressive so far this season.
Trust me ... he's been less than reliable when inheriting 'situations'.

He's fine when he's just in there to eat some innings, but when there's a game on the line (i.e. within 2 runs), you sweat bullets when he's out there.

We had a night game at home, then had to travel all night to get to Chicago, play a night game and follow that up with an early day game. Schedule maker did us no favors on this.

And are we the only team having to play 14 straight to begin the season? Know we had a rain-out, but the schedule didn't have anything to do with that going in.

I would just like to hear his thoughts on it, cause there is very little consistency to some of the shit he does

I agree. You've either got a philosophy you're following or you're playing the hot man. And we know the latter isn't happening.

So what's the story here Mr. Banister?

Yes, they are, but we've not faced a hitting team like TX.

I was really concerned how we would fare against yall's lineup (AL leaders). Haven't been disappointed, so far, but the Sox's bats have been anemic. Bottom of the list in O stats, so far, but we're kinda used to that. It's sad.

We probably won't ever hear what his thought are because our local media very rarely asks questions like that to Rangers managers. In fact if you were to ask Evan about it he would probably get offended by the question like he is kin top Banny or something.
