Yeah, he looks so much better. But I think the timing is rather strange since he had such a fabulous game last night.

Just a learning experience. He may have to pitch backwards a little bit to get guys off balance.

I posted an explaination from JD in the DMN.

I'm recalling, since he'd gone so many innings and pitches he wasn't going to be available for at least 2 days if not more. And since we're hurting for long distant arms, it was a move they felt had to be made.

JD also said Baker is willing to go to AAA if he clears waivers. Apparently the team shot straight with him, he likes the atmosphere here and would like a chance to contribute further if allowed. Sounds like my kind of guy.
