I understand your aversion to tanking, but we have tried to rebuild this team through free agency and the trade market. We have gotten nowhere.

I believe the only team that can't pass us if we lose tomorrow is the Nationals. Even Arizona could lose out and if we win out they would pass us, even after them beating us tomorrow. We could finish with 23 wins and the Diamondbacks with 22 wins.

If we do it right in 2021 we go almost exclusively with our young guys. Pass on Kluber, trade Lynn, Gibson and Lyle (ratting whatever it takes to get rid of Gibson & Lyle). Oh and trade Odor + at minimum 14M). Pipe dream but let’s make it happen

He has been pretty dismal this year but this year has not been good for many. I am more concerned about him being able to stay healthy.
