Meh. Build like the Stars. Keep it young. That's why I like Gausman so much. Too much upside

Edit: Not to say I wouldnt like a cole hamels on this team... but he comes across as (mechanically and stuff wise) a more consistent version of derek holland. Plus, he's 30 and his contract is huge

While Gausman could be great, he's not there yet. Hamels is a proven #1/2. Yes, the contract is expensive but so is Elvis'. Which is why it could work.
