I cannot find anything that mentions having to put a player on the roster after the rehab assignment is over. There is a lot of information out there concerning rehab assignment and waivers and such, but if there is anything that says they have to be put back for a day, I cannot find it.

personally i see us not make any positional moves this off-season so logic would say that we go with the 4 outfielders most ready to play in 2023 which would seem to be Garcia, Taveras, Thompson & White
