Houston should be favored in this game today with Blanco pitching. But hoping for a miraculous win.
guess i'm different in that i look at trades being used to have long term positive effects on the future of the team. sometimes teams make really stupid moves like trading Ragans, but they normally look at what the long-range benefits. there are teams that are fading out of the playoff picture or are long gone from it that have tradeable assesses with multiple years of team control that would replace players on our roster who have exhausted their time here namely a couple of the outfielders, backup catcher and possibly 1B but more important in the bullpenAh, Cole Ragans and Dane Dunning were very close.
Also, trading for prospects who can, in turn, be traded for veterans next year is not trading for 2 or 3 years down the road, but go ahead and think that way.
I am good with him or any of the other five guys I have mentioned. Of course, if several teams reach and leave us someone better, then that is good too. We have a chance to get a really good player in the second round as well.Getting a catcher like Janek looks good to me at first glance
Sober day following tragedy in our country

But Baseball helps us move on or take a moment away from the brutality
Sure love that Gallo trade.Little Josh has been eating his spinich.
And who would have ever expected it might be Josh?Looks like Josh and Corey are in for a long battle for tops in the OPS category for the Rangers.
That sounds crazy, but Corey is having a bit of an offseason, or Josh would not be that close to him. That is not taking anything away from Josh, though. He is hitting great. And who would have ever expected it might be Josh?
