If you go by the last mock drafts from Baseball America and MLB Pipeline, there are 8 players in their combined top 30 that only appear on one list.

The 8 players are:

Kaelen Culpepper
Billy Amick
Braylon Doughty
Ryan Sloan
Tommy White
Caleb Lomavita
Luke Dickerson
Tyson Lewis

Of the top 22 picks in each mock, there are only 2 players on each list who aren't in the top 22 in both lists.

Baseball America has Kaelen Culpepper being taken 19th while MLB doesn't list him in the top 30 picks. MLB lists Malcolm Moore being taken 29th while BA has him going 20th.

MlB has Billy Amick being taken 21st while BA has him going 33rd. MlB has Brody Brecht going 22nd while BA has him going 24th.

That makes it appear that 20 of the first 22 picks could easily be guessed at as being in the top 22 picks. However, there are always a handful of teams with very surprising picks, even in the first round.
