question: if Prince retires or is medically forced to retire are the Rangers going to be responsible for the rest of his contract or are there provisions?

If he retires he leaves that money on the table, so he's not retiring, if he's released he gets his money or if he's on the 60 Day DL, which are the likely options... if he's not going to play anymore and he's ok with that then there are options to keep him involved like they're doing with ARod, but if not, he could just be sent on his merry way
